How LOA solves it
Surplus electricity becomes hydrogen, hydrogen plus CO2 becomes SNG, and SNG stores indefinitely in existing tanks and pipelines. Electricity stored as molecules, recoverable as fuel or power, for weeks or seasons rather than hours.
